Marinated Mushroom Salad Recipe
Ingredients
250 grams Mushrooms (fresh and chopped)
60 ml Red Vinegar
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Onions (chopped)
4 Garlic cloves (chopped)
Pinch of Paprika Powder
Pinch of Red Chili Powder
Pinch of Oregano
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves
How to make Marinated Mushroom Salad
- Fry onion and garlic in butter.
- Now add mushrooms and oregano, cook for a few minutes.
- Add paprika, vinegar and red vinegar.
- Put olive oil, salt and chili powder.
- Garnish with Coriander.
Cranberry Apple Salad Recipe
Ingredients
2 cup raw Cranberries
2 cup diced Apples
3 cup Mini Marshmallows
1 cup heavy Cream
1/2 cup chopped Walnuts
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Sugar
How to make Cranberry Apple Salad
- Combine the cranberries and sugar and chill them.
- Take out from the refrigerator and add the remaining ingredients.
- Serve chilled.

Cranberry Marshmallow Salad Recipe

2 cup raw Cranberries
1 cup heavy Cream
3 cup Mini Marshmallows
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup chopped Walnuts
2 cup diced Apples
1/2 cup Sugar

Beans Salad Recipe
Ingredients
½ cup Celery, chopped
½ cup Green Pepper, chopped
½ cup Onion, chopped
3/4 cup White Sugar
½ cup Vinegar
½ cup Salad Oil
1 (14.5 oz) can Green Beans, drained
1 (15.5 oz) can Garbanzo Beans, drained
1 (14.5 oz) can Black Beans, drained
½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 (14.5 oz) can Wax Beans, drained
1 (14.5 oz) can Kidney Beans, drained
½ teaspoon Salt
How to make Baingan Bake
- Mix the celery, onion, pepper, green beans, garbanzo beans, wax beans, and kidney beans in a large mixing bowl.
- Toss the bowl to mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, salt, pepper, oil and sugar, until all the ingredients are mixed well.
- Once the sugar dissolves, pour the solution over the mixed beans.
- Before serving, refrigerate for 8 hours or keep it chilled overnight.
Vegetable Salad Recipe
Ingredients
10-12 Salad leaves
1 Onion (Thinly sliced into rings)
1 Radish (peeled and thinly sliced)
1 small cabbage (shredded)
1 Cucumber (Sliced into rings)
2-3 Carrots (peeled and thinly sliced)
1 banana (cut into rings)
1 Guava sliced
1 apple thinly sliced
Chaat masala to taste
1 tomato (thinly sliced into rings)
2 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
How to make Vegetable Salad
- Take big plate and arrange salad leaves.
- Add shredded cabbage, onions, carrot, cucumber, and radish.
- Now arrange tomato, banana, apples, and guavas.
- Sprinkle salt and chaat masala.
- Pour lemon juice.

Coriander leaves
1/4 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 Green Mango
1/2 Onion cut finely
Pinch of Turmeric
- Cut the raw mango into very small cubes.
- Add to it the cut onions.
- Put Red-Chilli-Powder and turmeric and mix well.
- Then decorate it with few Coriander-Leaves.
- Add salt just before serving to avoid oozing of water.
- Can add little sugar if the mango is too sour.
Tuna Mango Salad Recipe
500 gms Tuna, sliced into cubes
1 Onion, finely sliced
1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
1 Mango, sliced into strips
Chopped Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Juice of 4 Lemons
2 tbsp Thai Fish Sauce
4 tbsp light Soya sauce
1 pod Garlic, cut
2 tbsp dark Sugar
- In a round dish put noodles, pour out over boiling water and leave for five minutes.
- Drain.
- Mix all the dressing ingredients in a blender.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Add the tuna steaks and prepare until cooked through.
- Transfer half the dressing over the noodles and toss to cover evenly.
- Arrange the noodles on plates.
- Combine cooked tuna with the salad ingredients and the remaining dressing and toss to cover evenly.
- Spoon on top of the noodles and serve.
Ingredients:
2-3 cups of shredded cabbage
2 cups of carrots (shredded)
1-2 tomatoes (diced)
1/2 cup roasted peanuts (coarsely grounded)
2 tsp of freshly squeezed lemon.
Handful of cilantro or coriander leaves
salt to taste
How to make indian cabbage salad:
- Take a salad bowl and mix the cabbage,tomatoes,carrots and peanuts.
- Now add cilantro/coriander leaves,salt and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Serve as an accompaniment.
