Pineapple Mango Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
2 Dry Red Chilli
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
4 cup Mixed Fruits chopped (pineapple, mango, apple or grapes)
4 tblsp Grated Coconut
Salt to taste
2 tblsp Sugar
How to make pineapple mango salad:
  • Mix the sugar into the chopped fruits and keep aside.
  • Grind the coconut with the red chilli and a little water.
  • Add the mustard seeds and grind for a few more seconds till the mustard seeds are crushed.
  • Add the coconut paste to the fruits with salt and mix well.<

Cranberry And Apple salad Recipe

Ingredients:
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 tsp mustard
2 tbsp lime juice
3 apples, cored, seeded & chopped
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped fresh cranberrie
How to make cranberry and apple salad:
  • Combine lime juice, mustard and olive oil. Add the cranberry mixture, apples, green onions and pecans; mix well.
  • Chill, covered, for 1 hour prior to serving.

Cranberry Apple Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup raw Cranberries
3 cup Mini Marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped Walnuts
2 cup diced Apples
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup heavy Cream
1/2 cup Sugar
How to make cranberry apple salad:
  • Combine the cranberries and sugar and chill them.
  • Take out from the refrigerator and add the remaining ingredients. Serve chilled.

Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Honey
2 1/2 cup cantaloupe Balls
1 tsp Lemon Juice
4 cup Spinach
1 tblsp Water
5 cup Lettuce
1 1/2 cup sliced Strawberry
1 tblsp Balsamic Vinega
How to make fruit salad:
  • Mix chopped spinach, chopped lettuce, cantaloupe, and strawberries in a large dish.
  • Mix together honey, vinegar, water and lemon juice and pour over the salad.
  • Toss well to coat all ingredients and serve at once.<
