Banana Lassi Recipe

Ingredients:

Curd (Dahi, Yoghurt) :- 1 cup

Banana (Kela):-  peeled and slice, 1 nos

Sugar (Cheeni) :- 2 tbsp

Cardamom powder (Elaichi)  :-  1/4th tsp

Ice cubes :-   as required

Method of Preparation

1)    Take all the ingredients and mix it into a smooth paste in a blender.

2)    Once done serve it chilled.

Jeera Lassi Recipe

Ingredients:

Curd (Dahi, yoghurt)  :-  3 cup

Cream (Malai)  :-  2 tbsp

Lemon juice (Nimbu raas):-  2 tbsp

Ice water  :-  1/3 rd cup

Salt (Namak)   :-  as per taste

Ice cubes :-  6 nos

Cumin seeds (Jeera Powder) :- ½ tbsp

Method of Preparation:

1)    Take the curd, cream, ice water, salt and lemon juice in a mixer and blend it.

2)    Keep processing it for 2 mns

3)    Then to this add the ice cubes and again blend it for another minute

4)    Now take little cumin seeds and add it to this mixer.

5)    Once done, serve it chilled and to this Lassi, sprinkle the rest cumin seeds.

Mango Lassi Recipe

Ingredients:

Curd (Dahi, Yoghurt) :- 1 cup

Ripe mango :-   1 cup, peeled & cut

Sugar (Cheeni):- 2 tbsp

Cardamom powder (elaichi)  :-  ¼ tsp

Ice cubes :-as required

Method of Preparation

1)    Take all the ingredients and mix it in a blender till it appears smooth.

2)    Filter it out, and strain as much as liquid possible.

3)    To be poured in glass and served chill.
