Atta Laddoo Recipe

Ingredients:

Flour:-  250 gms

Jaggery :-  200 gms

Vanaspathi or Ghee  :-  30 gms

Method of Preparation:

1.    A pan should be heated on medium heat.

2.    Flour should be put and roasted till it gets the colour of light brown.

3.    The grated jaggery should be mixed along with it.

4.    Oil or ghee should be added.

5.    Once it becomes thick, small balls should be made out of it.

6.    The balls should be kept in air tight containers.

Kurmura Laddoo Recipe

Ingredients:

Kurmura :- as many cups as needed

Ghee  :-  few cups

Jaggery  :-  1 cup

Method of Preparation:

1.    Water should be boiled in a pan.

2.    Jaggery should be added and syrup should be made.

3.    Once the syrup is made, it should be removed and jaggery should be added.

4.    Ghee should be mixed.

5.    Small balls should be made and served.

Til Laddoo Recipe

Ingredients:

Sesame seeds  : – 4 cups

Water   :- ½ cup

Powdered Jaggery or brown Sugar :- ½ cup

Coconut (chopped into small fine pieces)

Method of Preparation:

1.    A saucepan should be heated on low flame.

2.    Water along with jaggery should be boiled with jaggery so that syrup is formed.

3.    Coconut should be added once the mixture is boiled and heated till the syrup becomes thick.

4.    Sesame seeds should be roasted in another pan till they become light brown in colour.

5.    The seeds should be added to the syrup and then mixed.

6.    It should be cooled for some time and then balls should be made out of it.

Coconut Laddoo Recipe

Ingredients:

3 cups Dry Coconut (shredded)

1 cup Milk

2 cups Sugar

Recipe to prepare Coconut Laddoo :

.    Boil the milk in a pan.
.    When it starts boiling,
.    Add 2 cups shredded coconut and mix well.
.    When the milk gets absorbed in coconut,
.    Add the sugar.
.    Stir continuously on medium flame until the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.
.    Remove and make small balls.
.    Take the remaining coconut on a plate.
.    Roll the balls in coconut to make laddus.
.    Coconut Laddoos are ready to serve.

Boondi Ka Laddoo Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups Gram Flour (Besan)
1/2 kg Ghee
4 strands Saffron (Kesar)
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
A few drops Milk
2 cups Sugar
15 Green Cardamoms Powder
20 Raisins
10 Cashewnuts

How to make Boondi Ka Laddoo

  • In a pan, heat water and sugar to make sugar syrup.
  • Add saffron and cardamom powder to the sugar syrup and stir well.
  • Add soda and water to gram flour and make a smooth paste.
  • Heat ghee in a deep frying pan and put the gramflour paste in the boondi maker and press out small boondis and fry till light yellow.
  • In another pan, fry cashew nuts and raisins.
  • Add the boondis and fried cashew nuts and raisins to the sugar syrup and mix. Cool.
  • Grease your hands and roll out small laddoos out of the boondi mixture.
