5 Minute Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

12 oz semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1 can Chocolate Fudge Frosting

How to make 5 Minute Fudge

  • Place chips in a 1-quart bowl, cook 1 minute in microwave on high. Stir.
  • Remove lid and cover with frosting and cook for 50 seconds in microwave on high, add chips, stir and cook 30 seconds on high, if chips aren’t melted continue microwaving at 20 second and stirring in between.
  • When all melted add nuts, stir and pour quickly into a lined pan or wax paper 7″ x 11″.
  • Cut into small pieces.
  • Let it sit out for about an hour then scoop pieces with a sharp knife, cover and refrigerate
  • Keep refrigerated as it melts real easy

Fudge Brownie Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 – 9 inch Pastry shell (unbaked)
6 oz semisweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup Butter
14 oz sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup chopped Walnuts
Chocolate Ice Cream for topping


How to make fudge brownie pie:
  • Bake pastry shell for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 375 degrees F.
  • Take it out of the oven.
  • Low oven temperature to 325 degrees F.
  • Melt chocolate chips with butter in a pan over low heat.
  • Mix chocolate mixture with the condensed milk, bisquick, eggs and vanilla in a mixer bowl till the mixture is smooth.
  • Combine walnuts.
  • Place into pastry shell prepared earlier.
  • Bake it till center is set it will take about 40-45 minutes.
  • Let it cool.
  • Serve it warm with chocolate ice cream if desired.
