Fruit Shake Recipe

Ingredients
2 cup Bananas (sliced)
2 cup Strawberries (sliced)
1/2 cup Ice cubes
2 cup Pineapple or Papaya (chopped)
1 teaspoon Honey
1 cup Apples (chopped and peeled

How to make Fruit Shake

  • In a blender blend on high speed a combination of bananas, strawberries, pineapples, papayas, apples, ice cubes and honey.
  • Blend till smooth.
  • Serve immediately for breakfast.

Morning Glory Fruit Shake Recipe

Ingredients-

Banana (sliced):- 2 cups

Strawberries (sliced):- 2 cups

Pineapple or Papaya (chopped):-2 cups

Apples (chopped and peeled) :- 1 cup

Ice cubes :-½ cup

Honey:-1 tsp

Method of Preparation-

1.      Papayas, pineapples, apples, strawberries, bananas, honey and ice cubes should be blended in a blender.

2.      They should be blended till they become smooth.

3.      The juice should be immediately served for breakfast.

Fruit Custard Recipe

Ingredients:

Milk  : – 200 ml

Custard powder   : – 4 tea spoon

Small cake : – 1

Cocktail fruits  : – 1 tin

Sugar  : – 100 gms

Fresh cream: – 2-3 cups

Apple  : – 1

Strawberry jelly : – 125 gms

Grapes   : – 1 cup

Orange   : – 1

cherries    : – 5-8

Method of preparation:

  1. Make the cut in the centre of cake to form two halves.
  2. Follow the instruction to make jelly.
  3. Beat the cream for thickening.
  4. Peel all fruits and make small pieces of it.
  5. Take milk and mix custard in it.
  6. Put the remaining milk for boiling and mix sugar and dissolved custard in it.
  7. Stir mixture until it thickens and put off the flame.
  8. Keep one cake slice in separate dish and spread some cocktail fruits, fresh fruits and custard on it.
  9. Then spread jelly and put another cake slice on it.
  10. Decorate with remaining fruits and custard.
  11. Spread the cream as topping.
  12. Keep jelly on sides and decorate with cherries.
  13. Now put this in fridge and after setting serve it as chilled.

Sweet fruit Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

Amchoor (Mango slices dried)  :-  120 gms

Water :-   4 teacups

Sugar (Cheeni)  :-  180 to 200 gms or 11/4 to 11/2 cup

Ground spices  :- ½ cup

Salt Black (kala Namak)   :-  ½ tsp

White Cumin powder  :-   1 tsp

Salt (Namak) :-  As per taste

Red chili powder (Lal Mirch)  :-  2 tsp

Ginger (Adrak) powder  :-   1 tsp

Fresh Ginger (Adrak)  :-    2 tsp sliced

Bananas (Kela)    :-   4 nos

Raisins (Kishmish)  :-   4 tsp

Method of Preparation

1)   Keep the Amchoor soaked in water overnight

2)   Boil the Amchoor in the water, in which it was kept for soaking. Do this on low flame

3)   Cool it off and filter it.

4)   Add salt, white cumin powder, ginger powder, ginger slices, chili powder and black salt. The black salt needs to be dissolved in water.

5)   Add raisins which are soaked in water, add bananas and mix well

6)   The best time is to serve is during lunch or dinner.

Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Honey
2 1/2 cup cantaloupe Balls
1 tsp Lemon Juice
4 cup Spinach
1 tblsp Water
5 cup Lettuce
1 1/2 cup sliced Strawberry
1 tblsp Balsamic Vinega
How to make fruit salad:
  • Mix chopped spinach, chopped lettuce, cantaloupe, and strawberries in a large dish.
  • Mix together honey, vinegar, water and lemon juice and pour over the salad.
  • Toss well to coat all ingredients and serve at once.<
