Cognac Cookies Recipe

Ingredients-

Cognac :-100 ml

Pecan:- 250 gms

Chocolate chips :-100 gm

Sugar  :- 175 gms

Vanilla wafers:-400 gm

Corn syrup:-60 ml

Method of Preparation-

1.      The chocolate bits should be melted on heat.

2.      The vanilla wafers should be finely crushed.

3.      The pecans should be finely chopped.

4.      All of these should be combined in the melted chocolate along with corn sugar, cognac and sugar.

5.      The wafer crumbs and pecans should be stirred in.

6.      The mixture should be made as smooth as possible and then removed from heat.

7.      It should be shaped into 2 cm balls.

8.      The balls should be rolled in extra granulated sugar.

Raisin Choco Oat Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

3 – 4 cup Fine Wheat Flour (Maida)
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 – 4 tsp Salt
3 – 2 cup Sugar
3 – 2 cup Brown Sugar
3 – 2 cup Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 1/2 cups uncooked oats
1/2 cup Currants (Kishmish)
1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

  • Before you begin preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  • Grease a baking tray.
  • Mix flour, baking soda, and, salt.
  • Cream sugar and butter.
  • Add vanilla essence, and one by one while mixing .

  • Mix well and then add currants and chocolate chips.
  • Now drop one spoonful of the batter on inch apart on the greased baking tray.

Sugar Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon baking soda

How to make Sugar Cookies

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in  and vanilla. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls, and place onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

Brown sugar                                        : – 40 gms

Normal sugar  : – 20 gms

Butter   : – 30 gms

Salt  : – as per taste

Baking soda  : – 1 tea spoon

Flour  : – 100 gms

Roasted and chopped walnuts  : – 20 gms

Chocolate chips   : – 30 gms

Vanilla essence : – 1 tea spoon

Cheese or paneer   : – 10 gms

Method of Preparation

  1. Take a normal bowl and add the salt, flour and baking soda into it.
  2. In the mixer pot add the brown sugar, sugar and the butter. Run the mixer and make the mixture creamy.
  3. Include the cheese if needed and then add the vanilla essence into it.
  4. Then include the flour.
  5. Blend the mixture properly. Once the flour is blended properly add the walnuts and the chocolate chips
  6. Start the oven, make the temperature to 200 and keep it for preheating.
  7. Take a tray and put the shit which is not greased onto it.
  8. On each 2 inches keep the 1 spoon of the batter along the whole tray.
  9. Bake it for 15 mins and then it is ready to eat.

Suger Cookies Hearts Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup Butter (unsalted)
1 cup Sugar
2 Egg
1 tblsp Vanilla
3 cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking soda
Icing:
1 cup confectioner Sugar (sifted)
2 tblsp Milk
How to make sugar cookie hearts:
  • Combine butter and sugar till smooth.
  • Mix eggs and vanilla into the butter mixture.
  • Mix well.
  • Combine flour, salt and baking soda together.
  • Combine it with the butter and egg mixture prepared.
  • Mix well.
  • Let it chill for about 2 hours.
  • Reduce the dough into quarters.
  • Roll out one quarter on a slightly floured surface to 1/8” thickness.
  • Shape into heart shapes with help of a knife or cutter.
  • Place it on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees, till the edges are brown, it will take about 6-8 minutes.
  • Let it cool.

  • Combine confectioner sugar and milk together till smooth.

Pernut Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup all-purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 lb Salted Butter (softened)
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Peanuts (roasted, salted and ground in food processor)
1 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
1 cup Sugar (granulated)
1 cup extra-crunchy Peanut Butter
2 large Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
How to make peanut butter cookies:
  • Arrange ovens rack to upper and lower-middle positions.
  • Cover two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together in a bowl and set it aside.
  • In a mixer, pour butter and run till butter becomes creamy.
  • Combine sugar and mix till softened, it will take about 3 minutes.
  • Beat in peanut butter till well incorporated, then eggs, one at a time, then vanilla.
  • Gently stir dry ingredients into peanut butter mixture
  • Combine ground peanuts; stir gently until just incorporated
  • Roll dough into 2″ balls.
  • Place balls on parchment-lined cookie sheets.
  • Leave 2 1/2 “ between each dough balls.
  • Press each dough ball twice with dinner fork dipped in cold water to make crisscross design.
  • Bake it in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  • Reverse position of cookie sheets halfway through baking time, until cookies are puffed and slightly brown along edges but not on top, 10 to 12 minutes
  • Let the cookies to cool for about 4-5 minutes on cookie sheet so that they are slightly set.
  • After they are slightly set, place on wire rack to make them cool completely.

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
1 ea egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
48 ea cherries, keep the juice
frosting
6 oz semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
4 -5 tsp cherry juice
How to make chocolate cherry easter cookies:
  • begin with stirring the following ingredients into a large bowl… flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
  • stir all these together into the bowl.
  • take another bowl and beat into it butter and sugar until it is fluffy.
  • then you need to add egg and vanilla to the butter-sugar mixture and again beat well.
  • later also add dry ingredients to the butter-sugar mixture and beat until the mixture is well blended.
  • once the dough is ready you should shape it into 1-inch balls.
  • place these small balls on non-greased cookie sheet. make sure that you don’t forget to push down center of each ball with the thumb.
  • now it is time to drain cherries and reserve juice.
  • you need to place 1 cherry in center of each indentation.
  • then let the oven heat to 350 degrees.
  • frosting
  • for frosting you should take a small saucepan and put chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk into it.
  • next step is to heat the saucepan until chocolate into it melts. stir in 4 teaspoons cherry juice. if you find it too thick you can add more juice to it.
  • finally spoon 1 teaspoon frosting over each cherry. you need to spread it in such a way that it covers the cherry entirely.
  • you should bake it about 10 minutes or until done.
  • lastly, remove it to the wire rack and let it cool.
  • you will see the cookies freeze nicely.
