Cheese Tikka Croissant Recipe

Ingredients-

Croissant Buns  :-   4

Cottage Cheese :-  250 gms

Green Chillies :-   2

Ginger :-   2 pieces

Curd  :-  ½ cup

Chilli Powder :-  ¼ tsp

Salt :-  to taste

Green Cardamom :-   2

Gram Flour :-  1 tsp

Orange Colour  :- 1-2 drops

Oil (for frying)

Method of Preparation-

1.    The cheese should be cut into half square pieces.

2.    Green cardamoms, green chillies and ginger should be ground.

3.    Curd should be hung in a muslin cloth.

4.    All the water should be removed

5.    All the ingredients should be well mixed and the cottage cheese should be marinated for about 2-3 hours.

6.    A non-stick pan should be heated and cheese should be fried on both the sides by applying oil on both the sides.

7.    It can also be roasted over a tandoor or an oven.

8.    The tops of the bun should be removed and scooped.

9.    The mixture should be filled in the scooped buns, the tops should be placed and butter should be applied over them and this should be heated in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes at a moderate temperature.

10. When done, they can be served hot.
