Spiced Tea Recipe


Water :-  21/2 cup

Cloves (Lavang) :-   2 nos

Cardamom (Elaichi)  :-   1 nos

Black Pepper (Kali Mirchi) :-   4 nos

Cinnamon stick (Dalchini) :-   1 nos

Tea leaves (chai ki pati) :-  2 tsp

Milk (Dhoodh)  :-  11/4 cup

Sugar (Cheeni):-  2 tbsp

Method of Preparation:

1)    Take water and in it put cloves, black pepper, cardamom and cinnamon. Boil it

2)    Now put the tea leaves; continue stirring it for couple of mns.

3)    To this add sugar, milk and continue boiling. Once done remove from flame.

4)    Filter it and to be served hot.
