Banana Shake Recipe


Milk (Dhoodh):-  2 cup

Banana (Kela) :-   1 nos

Sugar (Cheeni)  :-  2 tbsp

Ground nutmeg (jaiphal)  :-  ¼ tsp

Method of Preparation:

1)    Take milk in a deep and heavy pan and over high flame boil it.

2)    Keep stirring and once it boils, lower the flame and keep simmering for 2 mns.

3)    Take the banana, nutmeg and sugar and mix it in a blender.

4)    Take a cup of milk and put it along with the banana mix and blend it further.

5)    Now pour the complete milk and blend it again for ½ a minute.

6)    To be served warm.
