Ingredients
Butter : – 1 and half cup
Vanilla essence : – 1 tea spoon
Cheese or paneer : – 20 ml
Not cooked oats : – 50 gms
Currants (Kishmish in Hindi) : – 30 gms
Chocolate chips : – 30 gms
Sugar : – 50 gms
Baking soda : – 1 tea spoon
Salt : – as per taste
Brown sugar : – 50 gms
White flour : – 50 gms
Method or Preparation
- Keep the over to preheat at 175 degree C
- Take a baking Pan and grease it. Mix the soda, salt and flour in it.
- Alternately make the cream of the butter and the sugar.
- Include cheese if required and the vanilla essence in it.
- Then also mix the oats and the flour and mix it properly.
- Then again properly mix it after adding the choco chips and the currants.
- Now on the whole baking tray put the one spoon of batter on all sides.
- Bake it for 15 minutes.
- Now allow it to cool for some time and then eat it.
