Ingredients
1 cup All-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon ground Cardamom
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Butter
2 teaspoon Milk
1/4 teaspoon grated Lemon peel
1/4 cup ground Almonds
1/3 cup Granulated sugar
How to make Cardamom Cookies
- Sift together flour,sugar,and ground cardamom , add almonds.
- Cut in margarine till mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in and milk till mixture forms a ball and chill.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F or 200 degree C.
- Roll out to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Cut into circles 1-3/4 inches in diameter.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 6 to 8 minutes until edges of Cardamom Cookies are brown.
