Onion Chutney Recipe


Peeled Onions  :-1 cup

Garlic  :-  6-7 flakes

Bengal gram (Channa daal) :-    2 tbsp

Red chilies :-  5 or as taste

Salt :-   as taste

Mustard seeds  :- 1 tsp

Curry leaves  :-   handful

Tamarind (imli):-  little

Method of Preparation

1)   Take oil and fry daal, chili, onions and garlic once the oil is heated up.

2)   Grind the whole thing with salt and tamarind

3)   Curry leaves and mustard sees needs to be spluttered in oil and then later poured on top of the mixture.

4)   It can be served with paratha and puri.
