Mango and mint Chutney Recipe


Mint leaves (Pudina)  :- Handful

Onion (Pyaj) :- 1 medium

Green Chilly (Hari Mirch)  :-   4 nos

Salt (Namak) :-   As per taste

Raw fresh Mangoes (aam) :-  180 gms

Method of Preparation

1)   Peel and cut the mangoes removing the stones.

2)   Take mint leaves, green chilies, mango pulp and chopped onion and then grind them to paste.

3)   Add salt to the mixture.
