Cheese Puri Recipe

Ingredients

75 grams wholewheat flour
75 grams refined flour
8 grams green chillies
10 ml ghee or oil
50 grams onion
150 grams potatoes
50 grams cheese
1 no. lemon
Oil to fry
Salt to taste

How to make Cheese Potato

 

  • Boil, peel and mash potatoes.
  • Chop onion, green chillies and ginger finely.
  • Heat 1 teaspoon oil and saute onion. Add the chopped ingredients, salt and lemon juice to taste.
  • Mix them well and remove from the fire.
  • Mix grated cheese, flour, ghee and water to make a stiff dough.
  • Knead well till it becomes smooth and then keep it aside for half an hour.
  • Roll out into puris of 7.5 cm diameter and deep fry.
  • Serve the cheese puri hot.

Cheese Pakora Recipe

Ingredients-

Cheese Cubes :-  2

Onion :- 1

Green Chilli  :- 2

Bread Slice  :-  2

Curry Leaves  :-  7-8

Gram Flour :-  1 cup

Corn Flour:- 1 tsp

Baking Powder:- a pinch

Citric Acid :- a pinch

Salt  :-  ½ tsp

Red Chilli Powder :-  ¼ tsp

Oil for frying

Method of Preparation-

1.    Green chilli and onion should be finely chopped.

2.    The cheese cubes should be cut and the bread should be cut into cubes.

3.    All the ingredients should be mixed in besan and a thick batter should be made with the help of water.

4.    Oil should be heated in a pan and all the pakoras should be deep fried in the pan till they become deep brown in colour.

5.    The pakoras can be served hot with chutney or sauce.

Cheese Paratha Recipe

Ingredients-

Whole Wheat Flour :-  2 cups

Water ((for kneading dough)

Cheese (shredded) :-  1 cup

Black Pepper Powder  :-  1 tsp

Salt  to taste

Green Coriander (chopped)

Oil  :-  3-4 tbsp

Method of preparation-

1.    Simple and soft dough should be kneaded with the help of water and flour.

2.    Equal sizes of balls from the dough should be made.

3.    The each ball should be rounded into small balls.

4.    The cheese, pepper, green coriander, salt should be mixed properly and this should be stuffed into the small rounds.

5.    All the sides should be sealed and patties should be made out of it.

6.    These should now be rolled into sizeable rounds ensuring that the cheese and pastry do not break or come out.

7.    Pan should be heated and the rounded rolls should be put on it.

8.    The sides should be switched once it is done and oil should be applied on the opposite bottom side.

9.    Both the sides should be pressed on the pan so that the paratha turns crispy and this can be served with hot cheese parathas.

Cheese Pizza Recipe

Ingredients-

Pizza Bread :-  2

Amul Cheese cubes :-  2

Tomato Ketchup  :- ½ cup

Onion :-  2

Tomato :- 1

Cheese Spread   :-  ½ cup

Capsicum  :-  2

Method of Preparation-

1.    Vegetables should be cut into rings.

2.    Cheese should be grated.

Cheese Potato Recipe

Ingredients-

Potato :-  1 kg

Green Onion :- 8-10

Tomato   :- 2

Radish Leaves   :-   15-120

Spinach  :-  1 tbsp

Bathua  :-  1tbsp

Mustard Vegetable :- 4 tbsp

Black pepper powder :-  1 tsp

Salt to taste

Poppy Seeds :-  1 tsp

Sour Cream :-  1 cup

Ghee   :-  6 tbsp

Cheese   :-  300 gms

Method of Preparation-

1.    Potato should be peeled and this should be cut into 2 halves right from the center.

2.    Tomatoes and green onions should be finely chopped.

3.    Spinach, bathua, radish leaves and mustard vegetables should be finely chopped.

4.    The baking tray should be greased with ghee and poppy seeds should be put.

5.    Now, potatoes should be placed from the cut side.

6.    They should be baked in a oven in 400 degree Fahrenheit for about half an hour.

7.    Cheese and cream should be beaten in a container.

8.    Ghee should be heated in a pan and onions should be fried till they become pink.

9.    Then, tomatoes, black pepper powder and salt should be added.

10. Then, cheese and cream should be added.

11. Mustard vegetables should be added and fried for a minute or so.

12. This should be poured on potatoes and then served hot.

Cheese Puri Recipe

6.    It should be kneaded well till the dough becomes soft and this should be kept aside for about an hour.

7.    Puris with a diameter of 7.5 cm diameter should be rolled out and deep fried.

8.    The cheese puris can then be served hot.

Cheese Roll Recipe

Ingredients-

Bread :-  1

Cheese:-  100 gms

Butter :- 150 gm

Method of Preparation-

1.    100 gms of cheese should be blended with 100 gms of butter in a container.

2.    Bread should be cut into slices lengthwise.

3.    Cheese mixture should be applied on both sides and this should be rolled tightly.

4.    Toothpick should be put on the corners to prevent opening up of the corners.

5.    This should be refrigerated for about 15 minutes.

6.    Butter should be applied on it and then it should be baked in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes.

7.    They should then be served hot.

Cheese Tikka Croissant Recipe

Ingredients-

Croissant Buns  :-   4

Cottage Cheese :-  250 gms

Green Chillies :-   2

Ginger :-   2 pieces

Curd  :-  ½ cup

Chilli Powder :-  ¼ tsp

Salt :-  to taste

Green Cardamom :-   2

Gram Flour :-  1 tsp

Orange Colour  :- 1-2 drops

Oil (for frying)

Method of Preparation-

1.    The cheese should be cut into half square pieces.

2.    Green cardamoms, green chillies and ginger should be ground.

3.    Curd should be hung in a muslin cloth.

4.    All the water should be removed

5.    All the ingredients should be well mixed and the cottage cheese should be marinated for about 2-3 hours.

6.    A non-stick pan should be heated and cheese should be fried on both the sides by applying oil on both the sides.

7.    It can also be roasted over a tandoor or an oven.

8.    The tops of the bun should be removed and scooped.

9.    The mixture should be filled in the scooped buns, the tops should be placed and butter should be applied over them and this should be heated in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes at a moderate temperature.

10. When done, they can be served hot.

Chilli Cheese Toast Recipe

Ingredients-

Bread Slices :-  8

Onion :-  4

Green Chillies :- 8

Green Coriander :- 20 gms

Processed cheese :-  8

Lemon :-  1

Salt to taste

Method of Preparation-

1.    Onions should be peeled, mashed and chopped.

2.    The stems of the green chillies should be removed; they should then be mashed and slit.

3.    The green coriander should be cleaned, mashed and chopped.

4.    All the chopped vegetables should be mixed and salt and lemon should be added to it and mixed well.

5.    The bread slices should be toasted in a toast till they turn golden brown in colour.

6.    The vegetables mixture should be evenly spread on one side of the toast and it should be covered with cheese slices.

7.    The slices should be put back in the toast and should be toasted till the cheese becomes golden brown in colour.

8.    Once the toast is removed from the toaster, the edges of the toast should be cut off.

9.    The toast should be cut into two pieces and then served hot.

Mango Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:
500 ml fresh cream
200 gm sugar
4 eggs
100 gm cheese cream
15 gm dissolved gelatin
40 gm mango pulp
10 gm cardamom (elaichi) powder
How to make mango cheesecake :
  • Blend cream.
  • Blend eggs and 100 gm sugar in a double boiler until the mixture turns yellow.
  • Blend cheese cream separately. Now add the above mixture to this cream.
  • Add mango pulp and elaichi powder to this.
  • Mix well with gelatin.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for sometime.
  • Garnish with mango slices and serve.
