Chickoo shake Recipe


Chickoo :-  3 nos

Cream :-  1 cup

Milk (Dhoodh):-  2 glasses

Sugar :-    5 tsp

Ice  :-  as per need

Method of Preparation:

1)    Take Chickoo and peel of the skin and then dice it into small pieces.

2)    Remove the seeds from it

3)    Take sugar, milk and Chickoo, put it in a blender and mix it well.

4)    Now take half the cream and mix well

5)    Pour it into glasses

6)    Garnish it with the remaining cream and ice. To be served chilled.


Anar Ka Sharbat Recipe


1 kg red pomegranate (anar)
Rock salt (kala namak) as required
1 kg sugar
1/2 kg water
1/4 teaspoon potassium meta bi sulphate
Ice as required

How to make Anar Ka Sharbat

  • Peel anar.
  • Boil sugar and water.
  • Boil it to one sugar syrup strand.
  • Take out juice of pomegranate.
  • Let syrup cool, and then add anar ka juice and potassium meta bi sulphate.
  • Fill it in a bottle.
  • Serve it in a glass with water, kala namak, crushed ice.


Pineapple Shake Recipe

6 ounces tofu, drained and cubed
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 cup 1% low-fat milk
1 cup pineapple, fresh,cubed

How to make Pineapple Shake

  • Add tofu, pineapple and olive oil to a blender.
  • Mix at medium speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Drink immediately or refrigerate.
  • You can also add ice cubes which can be added to the blender.

Khus Ka Sharbat Recipe


3 cups water
4 cups sugar
1-2 teaspoon green colour
1 teaspoon khus essence

How to make Khus Ka Sharbat

  • Mix sugar and water and stir over low heat, till sugar is dissolved.
  • When dissolved, let it come to a boil and cook till thickened – one thread consistency. That is take a drop of the mixture and press between your thumb and forefinger, a thread should form when you separate the fingers.
  • Mix in the essence and colour and store in a clean, airtight bottle.


Mango Apple Smoothie


Mango –  1 No.

Honey – 1 tsp

Curd  – 300 ml

Apples  – 2 Nos.

Method Of Preparation:

  1. Cut the mango in 2 pieces and remove the flesh.
  2. Peel the apple, core it and make 4 pieces from it.
  3. Add the cut fruits with honey and curd in a blender. Blend for about half a minute and make it smooth.
  4. Serve chilled.


Mango Bellini


Mango juice  – 600 ml

Chilled Pink Champagne

Method Of Preparation:

  1. Pour the mango juice equally in 6-8 champagne flute glasses.
  2. Pour champagne on top.
  3. Give it a gentle stir and serve.


Mango Colada


Crushed Ice  –  2 cups

Pineapple juice – ½ cup

Coconut milk (condensed)  – 2 tbsp

Mango (sliced after peeling)  – 1 large

Light Rum  – 6 tsp

Dark Rum  –  4 tsp

Method Of Preparation:

  1. Blend coconut milk, light rum, pineapple juice, ice and mango in a blender. Make it smooth.
  2. Then pour in 2 glasses. Add 2 tsp of dark rum in the glasses.
  3. Decorate with lime wedges and cherries.


Mango Crunch


Ground Cinnamon  –  ½ tsp

Rolled Oats   –  ¾ cup

Oil   –  3 tbsp

Green apples (diced after peeling)  –   3 Nos.

Ice-cream or frozen curd

Brown sugar –   ½ cup

Salt   –  as per taste

Flour   –  1/3 cup

Mango (diced)   –  1 No.

Method Of Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 deg.
  2. Take a mixing bowl and mix together oil, rolled oats, salt, brown sugar, cinnamon and flour.
  3. Add mango and apple pieces to the pie pan.
  4. Pour the oat mixture on top.
  5. Bake for half an hour.
  6. Serve with ice cream or frozen curd.


Aam Panna Recipe


Green Mango (Aam) :-  6 nos, medium

Water  :-   3/4th cup

Red chili powder :-   ½ tsp

Cumin seeds (Jeera) :-   1 tsp roasted and grounded

Salt (Namak) :- 1 tsp

Mint leaves (Pudina)  :-   3 tbsp, chopped

Ice cubes  :- 12 nos, crushed

Method of Preparation

1)    Take the raw mangoes and boil it in water.

2)    Keep boiling it for close to 10 mns

3)    Once boiled, remove it from gas, drain the water and peel the mangoes. Once done remove the stones and make a pulp of it.

4)    The mangoes need to be placed in a bowl.

5)    To this add cumin, salt, chili and water.

6)    Mix thoroughly.

7)    Now put in mint and mix it well again

8)    Take the contents and pour it into a jug

9)    To be served with ice.


Almond Honey milk drink


Almond (Badam) :-  ¼ cup

Milk (Dhoodh) :- 2 cup

Cardamom Seeds :- ¼ tsp

Honey (shahad)  :-  3 tbsp

Method of Preparation:

1)       Take the nuts and blend it well in a blender, till they are chopped finely

2)       To this add 2/3rd cup of milk and keep processing till it a smooth paste.

3)       Now take the milk and pour it into a pan and keep whisking it.

4)       Boil the milk on moderately high flame and keep stirring it.

5)       Once done, remove from flame and add cardamom seeds in it

6)       Now take the pan and heat it on high flame.

7)       Once done, remove from flame and add honey to it

8)       Now again heat the pan and get the milk to boiling point.  Once done filter it.

9)       Keep pouring the milk pan to pan, to increase the frothiness

10)     Put this in mugs and serve instantly.
