Cardamom Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup All-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon ground Cardamom
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Butter
2 teaspoon Milk
1/4 teaspoon grated Lemon peel
1/4 cup ground Almonds
1/3 cup Granulated sugar

How to make Cardamom Cookies

  • Sift together flour,sugar,and ground cardamom , add almonds.
  • Cut in margarine till mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Stir in  and milk till mixture forms a ball and chill.

  • Roll out to about 1/8-inch thickness.

Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

100g/3½oz good dark chocolate
125g/4½oz unsalted butter
100g/3½oz granulated sugar
75g/2½oz soft brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
150g/5¼oz plain flour
½ tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt

How to make Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • Heat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas 5. Line two baking sheets with baking parchment. Chop the chocolate into little chunks and set aside.
  • Heat the butter in a small saucepan very gently until it has just melted. Meanwhile, put the two types of sugar into a mixing bowl. Pour the melted butter on top of the sugars and beat well with a wooden spoon.
  • Add the  and the vanilla and beat until well blended.
  • Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into the mixing bowl and stir them in, then add the chopped chocolate.
  • Dot heaped pudding spoonfuls of the mixture over the lined baking sheets, leaving plenty of space in between them–they really spread out while baking.
  • Wearing oven gloves, put the baking sheets in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cookies are just turning golden brown. (If you have a glass door on your oven, watch the extraordinary transformation as these cookies bake–one moment you’ve got lumpy brown dough, the next, you have pale golden cookies, their shiny surface a network of cracks.)
  • Leave the cookies on the baking sheets to harden for a couple of minutes, then carefully lift up the baking parchment and transfer them to a wire cooling rack.
  • You can eat these cookies warm, but they are also good cold, and they store well in an airtight tin.

24 circular pretzels
1 (1.69 ounce) package mini candy-coated chocolates
24 milk chocolate candy kisses

Ingredients

2 cups hazelnuts, toasted and skinned (see Tip)
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to make Hazelnut Cookie Recipe

  • Position 2 racks as close to the center of the oven as possible; preheat to 325°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or nonstick baking mats.
  • Pulse nuts and sugar in a food processor until finely ground. Scrape into a large bowl.
  • Salt in another large bowl with an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold the  whites into the nut mixture. Add vanilla and gently but thoroughly mix until combined.
  • Drop the batter by the tablespoonful 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake the cookies until golden brown, switching the pans back to front and top to bottom halfway through, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes. Ingredients

2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup shredded coconut

How to make Oat Cookie Delight

  • Combine sugar, cocoa, butter or marg and milk in large sauce pan and bring to a boil.

Ingredients

Salt   : – as per taste

Baking soda  : – ½ tea spoon

Caraway seeds   : – 1 tea spoon

Sugar  : – 40 gms

Butter  : – 30 gms

Sesame seeds   : – 30 gms

Milk : – 30 ml

Cheese or paneer : – 10 gms

Method of Preparation

  1. Take a bowl and sift the baking powder, salt flour in it.

  3. Make dough of the above material by adding some milk in it.

Method or Preparation

  1. Keep the over to preheat at 175 degree C
  2. Take a baking Pan and grease it. Mix the soda, salt and flour in it.
  3. Alternately make the cream of the butter and the sugar.
  4. Include cheese if required and the vanilla essence in it.
  5. Then also mix the oats and the flour and mix it properly.
  6. Then again properly mix it after adding the choco chips and the currants.
  7. Now on the whole baking tray put the one spoon of batter on all sides.
  8. Bake it for 15 minutes.

Method of Preparation

  1. Take a normal bowl and add the salt, flour and baking soda into it.
  2. In the mixer pot add the brown sugar, sugar and the butter. Run the mixer and make the mixture creamy.
  3. Include the cheese if needed and then add the vanilla essence into it.
  4. Then include the flour.
  5. Blend the mixture properly. Once the flour is blended properly add the walnuts and the chocolate chips
  6. Start the oven, make the temperature to 200 and keep it for preheating.
  7. Take a tray and put the shit which is not greased onto it.
  8. On each 2 inches keep the 1 spoon of the batter along the whole tray.
  9. Bake it for 15 mins and then it is ready to eat.
