Ingredients:

Oil  :- as required for frying

Green chilies:-  20 nos

Yoghurt  :-   1 cup

Cumin powder :-  ½ tsp

Red chili powder :-  ¼ tsp

String beans (Chawli) :-  one cup

Coriander leaves :-   ½ tsp

Cluster beans (Gawar) :-  11/2 cup

Salt  :-  as per taste

Procedure:

1)    Take all the vegetables, wash them well and let them dry.

2)    We need to make buttermilk. This can be done by adding 1 full cup of water to yoghurt. Churn it well.

3)    Take all the vegetables and leave it in the buttermilk for couple of days

4)    Remove the vegetables from the buttermilk and dry it under the sun.

5)    Before serving them, deep fry the vegetables.

6)    Sprinkle it with cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt.

7)    To be served hot.
