Makai Na bharta Recipe

Ingredients:

Coriander powder :-  one tsp

Turmeric powder :- one tsp

Fresh corns  :-  1 kg

Red chili powder  :-1 tsp

Oil :-    2 tbsp

Tomatoes :-   3 nos, medium

Garam Masala powder  :-  ½ tsp

Onions  :-  3 nos, medium

Cumin seeds :-    ½ tsp

Green chilies:-  6 to 7 nos

Salt  :-  as required

Coriander leaves  :-   as required for garnish

Procedure:

1)    Take the corn, boil it and grind the corn well

2)    Remove it and cut the onions finely.

3)    Take the tomatoes, wash it and cut it.

4)    Take the green chilies, wash it and cut it.

5)    Take oil in Kadhai, heat it up. Add cumin seeds and keep stirring till it splutters.

6)    Take the onions, put it in and keep frying till light brown.

7)    Add the green chilies and keep staring for 30 secs.

8)    Add in coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala powder.

9)    Once the tomatoes appear cooked add in salt, corn and water.

10) Keep stirring for close to ten mns.

11) Garnish it with coriander.
