Ingredients:
Water :-Â 21/2 cup
Cloves (Lavang) :- Â 2 nos
Cardamom (Elaichi)Â :- Â 1 nos
Black Pepper (Kali Mirchi) :- Â 4 nos
Cinnamon stick (Dalchini) :- Â 1 nos
Tea leaves (chai ki pati) :-Â 2 tsp
Milk (Dhoodh)Â :-Â 11/4 cup
Sugar (Cheeni):-Â 2 tbsp
Method of Preparation:
1)Â Â Â Take water and in it put cloves, black pepper, cardamom and cinnamon. Boil it
2)Â Â Â Now put the tea leaves; continue stirring it for couple of mns.
3)Â Â Â To this add sugar, milk and continue boiling. Once done remove from flame.
4)Â Â Â Filter it and to be served hot.
