Ginger Ale recipe

Ginger (Adrak)   :- 100 gm

Lemon :-  1 kg

Sugar :- 2 kg

Water   :-  1 kg

Potassium bi sulphate (Meta) :-   ¼ tsp

Method of Preparation:

1)    Take water and sugar; keep boiling it till a sugar syrup stand gets formed.

2)    Take them off the flame.

3)    On cooling add lemon juice to it.

4)    Blend it in the blender and filter it.

5)    To this add potassium bi sulphate (Meta) and keep it stored in a bottle.
