Mint Chutney Recipe

Ingredients

Fresh mint leaves  :-  1 bunch

Green chilies   :- 2 nos

Tamarind pulp :-  1 tbsp

Salt  :-   as per taste

Water:-  as required

Method of Preparation

1)    For making tamarind pulp, take some tamarind and soak it in water for two hours.

2)    Filter the mixture in the bowl, making use of a spoon. Add water and tamarind juice is ready

3)    Readymade tamarind pulps are also available. Clean the mint leaves.

4)    Put green chilies, tamarind juice and salt and make a smooth paste by grinding it

5)    To make the mixture thick, add little water.
