Garlic Chutney Recipe

Garlic :- 4 pods.

Red chilies (roasted):-  20 Nos

Grated coconut :-  2 cups

Oil :-   4 teaspoon

Tamarind:-    Little

Salt  :- Add to taste

Method of Preparation

1)    Take the oil. Sauté the garlic and coconut in oil.

2)     To make tamarind pulp, add tamarind in water for almost 2 hours and afterwards strain the water from it. The pulp is ready to use.

3)    Then grind the pulp, red roasted chilies and sauté paste.

4)    To this paste, add salt and garlic and grind them again to a fine paste.
